All of us in some way, if not us, it's our family, or our friends or people we've known has been touched by "Laid Off" or "Job Lost".Home, business and occupation, the very thing that people trusted to have a better life, sometimes or most of the times their priority more than their health and unfortunately, more than God...now crumbled and could not help them. Where's the job, your work, career you treasured when you needed them the most? Even the professions we thought that is secured nowadays we can no longer trust. Nothing is permanent in this world. All is subject to change whether we like it or not.
Then where else and to whom we can put our trust?
"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he …shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul." Psalm 121:1-7
There is One who never change. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Everything that we need comes from Him. And He should be the priority in our life. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Rock that is higher than us.

Will the Christians who love the Lord be spared by these unfortunate circumstances? No. We are not immune to it. But this is for certain, Our God will surely take care of us, He will keep us safe and will supply all our needs through the process. There's a Blessing in the Storm!

God's ways and thoughts are higher than us. World's economy is different than God's economy. God's purpose will not be affected by what's happening in this world.
His perfect will be done on this earth as it is in heaven!
